Tijdens de kerstdagen ontving ik opnieuw een boodschap van de Galactic Council of Light en ik werd gevraagd om deze te delen met jullie.

Mijn geliefde Barbara, dit is opnieuw de Galactic Council of Light die tot je spreekt. Op deze speciale dag willen we graag dat je onze boodschap ontvangt over Liefde, Vrede en Harmonie voor Moeder Aarde, of Gaia zoals wij haar graag noemen. Deze planeet zal door diepe transformatie moeten gaan in de komende tijd. Er zal enorme onrust zijn maar als deze tijden van grote verwoesting voorbij zijn zal er een nieuwe wereld ontstaan van Liefde, Vrede en Harmonie. Een wereld waarin er veel meer licht is en hogere frequenties zijn dan nu het geval is op deze planeet. Zij die er klaar voor zijn om deze hogere frequenties te belichamen en die bereid zijn om de kwaliteiten van Liefde, Vrede en Harmonie te brengen en te leven, zullen geleid worden in de komende jaren. Zij die teveel gehecht zijn aan de lagere frequenties zullen deze planeet moeten verlaten, vanwege het feit dat er geen gelegenheid is voor deze planeet om naar hogere frequenties te gaan wanneer te veel van zijn bewoners nog altijd de lagere en compactere frequenties belichamen. 

Daarom is het van belang om de frequentie in ieder deel van jouw wezen te verhogen. Je kunt dit doen door de verschillende helende mantra's te chanten; je kunt dit doen door ontspannen in stilte te gaan zitten en te mediteren en jezelf toe te staan om één te zijn met alles en iedereen; Je kunt dit doen door actief Liefde, Vrede en Harmonie te verspreiden naar alles en iedereen. Er zijn vele manieren om dat te doen. Wanneer men erop gericht is om Liefde, Vrede en Harmonie te verspreiden, zal Liefde, Vrede en Harmonie naar jou terugkomen. Wat men geeft, zal men ontvangen. Dat is hoe de  universele wet in elkaar zit.  

Op deze dag van Kerstmis, wanneer het licht hersteld wordt in de harten van velen, is er in grotere mate vrede op aarde dan op andere dagen het geval is. Dit is wat verspreid moet worden gedurende het gehele jaar, niet slechts op één dag. Richt je op het verspreiden van Liefde, Vrede en Harmonie en jouw frequentie zal hoger worden en het licht dat je in je draagt zal helderder/feller worden. Dat is de wijze waarop het leven makkelijker zal worden in tijden van grote chaos. 

Deze planeet zal schudden, er zal veel gebeuren. De enige manier om deze situatie tot een vredige oplossing te brengen. is wanneer het overgrote deel van de mensheid zal ontwaken en het licht binnenin zichzelf zal herstellen. Er zal veel moeten gebeuren. En het zal gebeuren op vele manieren. Meerdere mensen zullen gelijksoortige boodschappen ontvangen. Meer mensen zullen tijdens hun slaap de toenemende bewustwording voelen in lucide dromen. De tijd is gekomen voor de mensheid om hun zielen weer te doen ontwaken. Zij die er klaar voor zijn zullen deze boodschap begrijpen. Zij die er niet klaar voor zijn, zullen uiteindelijk deze planeet moeten verlaten. Deze planeet is er klaar voor om een grote verschuiving te maken en terug te keren in de galactische structuur van hogere frequenties en licht. Dat dit moet gebeuren is al eons zo gepland. Het kan niet ongedaan gemaakt worden. Het moet gebeuren. Help meer mensen bewuster te worden met je boodschappen in je blog, en we zullen je meer en meer informatie geven. Je bent geliefd en gezegend.

Message #2 from the Galactic Council of Light

With Christmas I received another message from the Galactic Council of Light which I was asked to share with you.

My beloved Barbara, this is the Galactic Council of Light once again.
On this special day we would like you to receive our message on Love, Peace and Harmony for Mother Earth, or Gaia as we like to call her. This planet needs to go through deep transformation in the times ahead. There will be huge turmoil and once these times of great disaster are over there will be a new world of Love, Peace and Harmony coming. A world where there is much more light and higher frequencies than there are now on this planet. Those who are ready to carry these higher frequencies and who are willing to bring and live these qualities of Love, Peace and Harmony will be guided in the upcoming years. Those who are too much attached to the lower frequencies will have to leave this planet as there will be no opportunity for this planet to go to higher frequencies, when too many of its habitants are still carrying dense and low frequencies.
Therefore it is needed to uplift the frequency in every part of your being. You can do so by chanting the different healing mantras there are, you can do so by peacefully sitting still and meditate to allow yourself to be one with everyone and everything. You can do so by actively spreading Love, Peace and Harmony to everyone and everything. There are many ways to do so. When one is focused on spreading Love, Peace and Harmony, Love Peace and Harmony will come back to you. What one gives, shall return. It is how the universal law works.
On this day of Christmas, when the light is being restored in the hearts of many, there is peace on earth in a much greater abundance than on other days. This is what needs to be spread all around the year, not just on one day. Focus on spreading Love, Peace and Harmony and your frequency will become higher and the light you carry will get brighter. That is how life will get easier during times of great disturbance.
This planet will shake, much will happen. The only way to bring this situation to a peaceful solution is when most of humanity will awaken and restore the lights within. Much needs to be done. It will be done in many ways. More messengers will receive similar messages. More people will feel the awakening during their sleeps in lucid dreams. It is time for humanity to allow their souls to be awakened again. Those who are ready will understand the message. Those who are not will eventually have to leave this planet. This planet is ready for a huge shift to come back to the galactic constellation of higher light and frequencies. It is planned for eons to happen. It cannot be undone. It needs to take place. Awaken many more people with your messages in your blog and we will bring you more and more information. You are loved and blessed.

De liefde en bescherming van onze gidsen

Lieve lezers van mijn blog,

Gisteravond moest ik denken aan het verhaal van de Cherokee Indianen. Een verhaal dat ik graag met jullie deel.

Er is een oud ritueel voor een jongen om een man te worden, een toegangsritueel.
Zijn vader neemt hem mee naar het bos, doet hem een blinddoek voor en laat hem vervolgens alleen. De jongen moet de hele nacht op een boomstam doorbrengen en het is niet toegestaan om de blinddoek af te doen vóór de zon opkomt en het zonlicht door de blinddoek komt. Hij kan ook niet om hulp schreeuwen. Als hij de nacht goed doorkomt, dan wordt hij gezien als MAN. Vervolgens mag hij de andere jongens niets over het ritueel vertellen, omdat ieder van hen op een eigen manier door dit ritueel heen moet.

Uiteraard is de jongen bang. Hij hoort allerlei geluiden. Wilde beesten zullen vast om hem heen zijn. Misschien zijn er zelfs mensen die hem kwaad willen doen. De wind waait en doet zijn boomstam trillen maar hij moet daar stoïcijns blijven zitten, nooit zijn blinddoek afdoen. Uiteindelijk, na een lange zware nacht, komt de zon op en doet hij zijn blinddoek af.

Dan komt hij erachter dat hij niet alleen is. Zijn vader zit op de boomstam naast hem, en heeft daar de hele nacht de wacht gehouden, hem beschermd tegen al het mogelijke kwaad.

De vergelijking vond ik treffend met de spirituele reis die wij allen maken. Velen van ons zijn nog “geblinddoekt”. Niet in staat om door de sluier en de illusie heen te kijken en de zielenwereld te zien. Alleen als de lichtmeesters of je gidsen het toestaan en je derde oog openen kun je hen waarnemen.
Maar ze zijn er. Ze laten ons door onze eigen processen gaan, ze helpen ons groeien. Waken over ons, maar maken hun aanwezigheid niet altijd kenbaar.
Toen ik laatst midden in de nacht door mijn eigen processen ging en het steeds verder de diepte in ging en ik me afvroeg tot hoever dit zou gaan en of mijn hart dit wel aankon, toonden ze zich. Ze zaten om mijn bed en ik wist dat ik beschermd was, dat wat voor processen ik ook door moest, dat ze toekeken en het in de gaten hielden. Het gaf me een bijzonder veilig gevoel. En dus gaf ik me over en ging de diepte in, op zoek naar de inzichten die daar altijd te vinden zijn.

De spirituele reis is geen makkelijk reis. Het is niet een weg van een beetje meer liefde en licht toevoegen en hallelujah… alles is prachtig en o zo bijzonder. Nee het is een reis naar je ware zelf, waarbij je jezelf mag ontwikkelen, maar daarbij ga je door processen heen. Ze zeggen niet voor niets: “zonder modder, geen lotusbloem. Zonder regen, geen regenboog. Zonder enorme druk, geen diamant.”
Dat is met onze eigen vorming ook zo. Zonder alle interne processen waarbij je door je angst, je woede, je onzekerheid, je gebrek aan zelfliefde en wat het dan ook mag zijn wat jij in jezelf mag doorgaan om te groeien, zonder al die interne processen kan je niet verder komen. Het is iets wat we zelf door moeten, niemand kan het voor ons doen, maar onze gidsen zijn er altijd om ons liefdevol te begeleiden en ons te beschermen, ook als ze zich even in alle stilte op de achtergrond houden en het voelt of je alleen bent.
Ook dat is de liefde van je gidsen

The love and protection from our guides

Dear readers of my blog,

Last night I remembered a story of the Cherokee Indians. A story I would like to share with you all.



The Cherokee Night Ritual Into Manhood

For a Cherokee Indian youth to be considered a man, he must endure the ‘Rite of Passage.’

His father takes him into the forest, blindfolds him and leaves him alone. He is required to sit on a stump the whole night and not remove the blindfold until the morning sun shines through it. He cannot cry out for help to anyone. Once he survives the night, he is a MAN. He cannot tell the other boys of this experience, because each lad must come into manhood on his own.

The boy is naturally terrified. He can hear all kinds of noises. Wild beasts must surely be all around him. Maybe even some human who might do him harm. The wind blows the grass and earth, and shakes his stump but he must sit stoically, never uncovering his eyes. Finally, after a horrific night, the sun appeared and he removes his blindfold.

It is then he discovers he is not alone. His father is sitting on the stump next to him, having been at watch the entire night, protecting his son from harm.


I believe the similarities between this story and the spiritual journey we all go, is striking. Many of us are still "blindfolded". They are not capable of seeing through the veil and the illusions and see the soul world. Only when the lightbeings or your guides give you permission and open your third eye,  you will be able to see them. But they are there. They allow us to go through our own inner processes, they help us grow. They watch over us, but they do not always make their presence known.

When I had to go through my own processes lately in the middle of the night, and I had to go deeper and deeper and I started to wonder how deep I had to go and whether my heart could handle it or not, my guides made their presence known. I was allowed to see them sitting around my bed, making me feel that I was protected, that no matter the processes I had to go through, they would be there watching over me. It made me feel very safe and therefor I was able to surrender and go deeper and deeper, in search for the answers which are always there to find at the bottom.

The spritual journey isn't an easy journey. It is not a path where you simply add some love and light to your life and then hallelujah... everything is just beautiful and oh so amazing... NO, it is a journey towards your true self. You need to develop yourself and have to go through lots of inner processes. It is said for good reason: "No mud, no lotus. No rain, no rainbow. No pressure, no diamonds".
It is the same with our growth and transformation. Without going through all the inner processes of fear, anger, insecurity, lack of self-love or whatever it is you have to go through for your own growth, without all those processes you can't move forward. It is something we have to do ourselves, no one can do it for us, but our guides are always there to assist us and to help us through with all their love and guidance and protection. They are there, even in times when they choose to be there silently on the background and it feels like you are all alone.
That also is love from your guides
